I have been working at The LEGO Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

They truly care about the employees and the customers. Great benefits for ft staff and good discounts for everyone. They care and take care of their people.

    Cons

The Supervisor are all Pt it is hard to earn a FT position for your store, but it can be done. Its is also possible for them to apply for other internal jobs and get them.

    Advice to Management

Would like to see stores who make their number receive 1 FT Supervisor as this makes a world of difference in ASM and SM work home life balance. Or if you cant have FT be able to have 4 Sup not 3 that extra coverage and hours can help make a world of difference.
