      Leaving. It is the best feeling ever!

      Cons

      Power hungry upper management do not care about employees. Hard workers are not appreciated or rewarded and will be taken advantage of. Nepotism abounds and get special treatment. Depressing environment. Dedication is not appreciated, they just take advantage of you. They will turn against you like a snake--I have seen it happen. Are not family supportive. In fact, covering for others with no notice will limit time you spend with your family.

      Sundays off is all I can think of.

      Cons

      They offer you the world. Then give you crumbs. Payplan is a joke after you're 90day guarantee. They do not listen to good ideas. And tell you a monkey could do the job no talant involved. ? Disrespect back biting ungrateful bunch of owners and upper management. Run feom them as fast as you can. I am
