    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at The World Bank full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The World Bank is an amazingly stimulating places, with lots of smart people tackling lots of big issues.

    Cons

It can be a very arrogant place. Despite all of its brains, it tends to be inward looking and driven by fads. Career advancement seems to be increasingly political. Pay and benefits are good but probably not as competitive as in the past.
