    Bureaucratic. Not an ideal place to be if you intend on climbing the ladder quickly

    Pros

    You can make of it what you want. The more you put in, the more you get. Lots of freedom and flexibility. Smart people, willing to connect, give feedback and open to opinions/suggestions and exploring new avenues.

    Cons

    Need to be able to work with Government employees, tackle politics, self interests,navigate through protocols, infrastructure set backs and insecure work conditions.

    Pros

    If you are among the lucky to be hired as full time staff, pay and benefits are excellent. The location is great and policies are family friendly. The atmosphere is geared towards education and knowledge sharing.

    Cons

    It can be very difficult to make the jump from contractor to full time employee or to make the jump from support staff to professional staff.
