Out dated systems and processes Lots of inexperienced staff - hired on price not experience - ineffectual co-workers at every level - you have to do your own job and the work of others. Below-market salaries and limited career progression HR department seems to be totally uninterested in removing ineffectually performing co-workers - lack of accountability at multiple levels. Significant customer issues at multiple levels within the company (customer care, warehousing, product management, senior management, manufacturing) In summary, a long term underinvestment in experienced people and functional systems has led to the absolute shemozzle of a company in Australia - it has clearly lost its way - a chaotic work environment from front to back.
