Good benefits, strong financials. FEI used to be in multiple markets, so we Semiconductor tanked, the other markets were strong. With Thermo Fisher, bio-pharma markets flatten it out a bit.

Companies mission and continuous improvement strategies. Good benefits tailored to a post-pandemic world.
Cons
Acquisitions and come with a lot of baggage. Driving synergies and integration is a fragile process. Too many legacy stakeholders and processes, which ruins the overall customer experience. Base salaries are not competitive. Strategy ends up being a loop and one finds their team or organization still reverting back to the old ways. Great talent ends up leaving. Lack of diversity in leadership roles.
