I have been working at Thomas Cook full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    * Flexible working arrangements, decent work life balance * Opportunities internally for progression

    Cons

    * Tricky situation right now (financially) * Progress is too slow * Many of the functions and departments are ran in such an old school manor, you could be back in the 80's * Hierarchy is still a thing here > Who shouts loudest culture, it is exhausting fighting this in product * Not enough investment in analytics

    Advice to Management

    * Hire qualified people, not the cheapest/easiest to acquire * Scrap the project (never get finished) culture, and let digital lead * Pay people what they are worth
