I have been working at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Have worked in all of the Major Labs in the Philadelphia region - CC Jefferson is the most efficient, has the best instrumentation and at the same time employes friendly staff and understanding management .

    Cons

If you are hear to climb a ladder, I'd look elsewhere as turn over is very low. It's that great of a place to work.

I have been working at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The only pro is its a hospital so you get good work experience

    Cons

This place is the worst there is no diversity they are openly racist. HR does nothing to assist with complaints or concern. racial comments are made out loud about both staff and patients. I would not recommend this company at all
