only if you like outsourcing to your bones
Pros
for absolute juniors it might fit
Cons
the company promises versatility and learning a lot by moving from one customer to another, this is no longer the case since Tikal works in the outsource business where they have to supply demand for their customers , so their worker is always 2nd place. but they trick you to believe ( using Massive in-house marketing techniques) that you are assigned to the best places and can leave whenever you want. it’s a lie. you cannot leave a customer and the senior management will give your the feeling you have violated the "trust". Remember ! The very attractive and best companies will never need Tikal's services. most of their customer are companies that have jobs no one want to fulfil or that have repetitive and low-impact nature. most of the customers of Tikal will treat the worker as a “filler” to their more boring and un attractive tasks , so don’t expect to build your career there. In addition the company holds lot of conferences and meetups in order to fulfil one’s desire to grow but you can’t build a career from lecturing on a topic without working in high scale production environment. so most of those lectures are “wishful” thinking and their aim is to give (a bit) of focus to the workers who want "to be on the stage" I couldn't "buy" this whole show , it’s purpose is to recruit many junios/ mid level developers to work in an outsource business model ( like Matrix) with lots of (hidden) aggressiveness towards the worker.
