Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI have been working at Transport for NSW full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
The people The team Supportive of flexible working
Cons
Massive restructuring of all divisions and branches every 2 years. The restructuring has no improvement to anything, rather than to protect the execs. Huge loss of technical knowledge, staff, processes, and new processes keep getting set up and rebuilt. An organization that never evolves due to its changing business model and processes. System/IT are terrible - they'll never work Don't waste your time here. The pay might be good but time is more valuable than $$.
