I have been working at Travelers full-time for less than a year

    Pros

-Excellent Pay and Benefits -Excellent work life balance -The management/higher ups care about you as a person AND an employee and that is communicated daily - Tons of opportunity to participate in passion projects outside of your normal work commitments - Tons of performance and career development opportunity - Truly and genuinely committed to the well-being of the communities they are apart of (and even some we aren't), you will feel proud to be a part of TRV at least once a day, especially in tough times - Managers and higher-ups are extremely approachable and want to hear what you have to say (at least in Bond and Specialty)

    Cons

    - There can be red tape when you are trying to get things done but show me a company where that isn't the case
