      Pros

-The only pros of this place is the commute for Tri Valley residents

      Cons

-Management does not care about the company culture, because they do not have one and do not try to promote one -The organization has such high turnover because management doesn’t do anything to keep the employees happy -You will work long hours, there is no work life balance -The organization faces many challenges hiring in the East Bay, not only because they can’t compete on compensation, but because of the reasons listed above. Because of this, they have turned to hiring talent outside of the Bay Area, creating additional challenges -Most of employee workforce is new, hence leadership is new and there is little to no direction and training -Leadership does not care about individual development, most employees have the mindset that they are not going to be here for an extended period of time, so why focus on development growth? -Lack of communication and organizational structure, dealing with middle and back offices challenging

      Pros

Lots of freedom to perform my work without micromanaging. Love my department and my job. Respectful, diverse culture

      Cons

Long hours. Some long term employees are extremely rude and downright mean during training. Unless you know someone, it is extremely difficult to move into new positions to help move up. Clueless Human Capital Consultants do very little work and cause issues for other teams. Many people in remote offices take advantage of the lack of onsite supervision.
