      Pros

      Coworkers are easy to work with and always willing to help answer questions. Directors truly care and want to see people succeed. I enjoy my job and feel that I'm appreciated in my position.

      So much to do! But not the worst problem to have!

      Family owned business which is good and bad. A lot of nepotism. If you are related to the family you are guaranteed a job regardless incompetence of lack of ability. .
