- ...until they leave the company - proactivity is discouraged - new technologies are constantly introduced but not studied enough - respect of the working hours are more important than the quality of your work - lack of management - no team building activities - too burocracy - Joel test score of 3/12 - no flexibility - no smartworking - if you are smart enough to underline company issues and to propose new solutions, you become the enemy
