Pros

AAA Work culture - High energy + Fast paced and start-up style with flexible work hours! Technical capabilities and team structures are great! I have worked here two weeks and I feel that the company has great management that trusts you and gives you autonomy to put in processes and run with ideas. There also seems to be very well structured teams for Development and Quality Assurance which will put your mind at ease if you are in projects or delivery. If you have better ways of working you will be given the autonomy to bring these and implement them. My advice - don't apply if you want to clock on clock off or want red tape and like slow pace gov and banking type roles - this is not for you then. If you are a highly energetic person looking to do by learning and have fun while you are doing it - APPLY NOW!

Cons

Overseas resourcing for Dev and QA which means weird timings, If you are used to normal Australian companies times you will have to adjust to meet these hours. However, if you are a millennium then it's something you might like with a late start and early finish to take some calls in the evening or night?

Pros

- It was an incredible team with amazing talent. - Great parties.

Cons

- As per most agencies, customer advocacy doesn't exist. Decisions are made based on money grabbing values rather than focusing on the longevity of customer relationships. - Overworked and undervalued. I was working 50-60 hours a week to keep everything at a level where it wasn't completely exploding. No overtime is paid, and no additional hires were made to resolve this. - There are no major benefits, and salaries are not up to market rates. Good luck negotiating an increase unless you're just about to leave. - Convoluted processes and procedures keep you locked into useless non-negotiable busy work. - Junior leadership who don't know how to develop or retain staff. - Very little room for growth as the hierarchy is flat, and leadership has been in place for a while.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on your experience at Tryzens. Our global leadership teams continue to review all areas of the business for improvements including, but not limited to, our ways of working with customers, the ongoing work/life balance of our teams, employee benefits, and department processes/procedures. Our leadership team is invested in providing growth for all of our team members no matter what level of experience. We would like to address the point you have raised in regards to industry relationships blocking a new opportunity. At Tryzens one of our core values is Integrity, Trust & Transparency. We love to see our team members grow and we would never condone any such action to limit an employee's opportunity when moving on to a new company. If this was felt throughout any stages, we would suggest you contact us at hello@tryzens.com or your previous HR manager to raise this for a formal investigation. We wish you all the best in your new endeavors!
