I have been working at UNICEF part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Supports the voice of children. Has integrity and a good goal.

    Cons

Has a gap, has overlooked and refuses stubbornly or perhaps ignorantly to fund the creation of resources, knowledge and strategies to prevent and cure the family scapegoat anomaly. Which is a very far reaching universal child abuse hidden in plain sight. Scapegoating is a serious family dysfunctional problem in which one member of the family or a social group is blamed for small things, picked on and constantly put... down. It's a generational pattern of abuse that is passed down to the children.

    Advice to Management

Dear Management at Unicef, please fund the creation of education, knowledge and strategies of the hidden but universal problem... Family scapegoating of children? Scapegoating is a serious family dysfunctional problem in which one member of the family or a social group is blamed for small things, picked on and constantly put down. It's a generational pattern of abuse that is passed down to the children. Please take... this request seriously as it is a huge gap in your services and resources. Providing a simple educational tool to educate about the family scapeggoating of children will be helpful... Please be the responsible UNICEF by providing humanitarian and developmental aid to family scapegoat children around the world? Some family scapegoat children disapear, die or are destroyed by the family scapegoating, family bullying, shaming and blaming, it is a huge problem for children world wide. Thank you

    Pros

Overall good many chances to progress and learn something new everyday. It may be a great platform to do something with nfp.

    Cons

Sometimes the location is very far so we need to take one hour train to suburbs. Sometimes if you start work at 1:00 pm you literally need to leave home at 11;30 am.
