I had the opportunity to work with talented colleagues who were always willing to offer assistance and share their expertise.       good colleagues, sometimes. being understanding in case of emergencies

      Cons

      horizontal hierarchy, too much chain of commands of an office that consist of 28 staff in total. the communication channel between the HR and the management and employees is vague and non existant at times.
