    Pros

    The benefits package given by the Air Force is hard to beat. Medical, Dental, Legal and so many other things are provided free of charge. Additionally, promotions are based upon test scores and performance reports, so it is very transparent on how to get promoted.

    Cons

    Multi-year contracts. Always on call.
