I have been working at US Army full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great Job security, no COVID lay offs. Plenty of structure, and a great place to build a career for outside the Army.

    Cons

Sometimes you will get leadership that will loose sight of the human side of things. They will make decisions solely based on rules and regulations, and no the people.
