    Sometimes bogged down in continuous change for change sake, process is sometimes convoluted, for my job too many "new tools that will streamline ___" -- only ends up complicating vs. streamlining. I think our leadership is attempting to make the job analogous to Google or some other commercial entity.

    -Consistent pay X2/month -plentiful benefits to help save money -Learn leadership skills -Learn your strengths and what you can handle

    Cons

    -hours are dependent on Job and if youre stationed on ship or shore. - You are held to a higher standard so you need to be responsible otherwise face the consequences - lots of immaturity from people of all ages -paperwork on top of paperwork
