    Pros

Great pay, great benefits, huge bonuses, good culture.

    Cons

Majority of jobs there are in the call center which is miserable. Many employees struggle with anxiety and depression because of it. very micromanaged. Extremely hard to promote out of the call center once they get you trapped in it.

    Pros

Great benefits, flexible schedules, great atmosphere and a lot of opportunity to rise as high as you'd like in the company. They also give you $10000 per year for education.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. Management is great at USAA over all. I have no complaints.

    No opinion of CEO

    I worked at USAA full-time

    Pros

Mission driven company, with fundamentally good corporate values.

    Cons

Large, middle management heavy organization, leads to lack of strategic clarity. Lack of clarity & accountability can lead to risk-averse & defensive "CYA" decision making.

    Advice to Management

Ensure that employees know what is expected of them, and be transparent. Attempt to dispel the perception that the "real" reasons for decision are secret, and are made behind closed doors.
