    Working as an entry-level rep on the phones can be trying and gets old, keep looking for your right job fit within the company if you are unhappy in your position

    Great benefits. Tuition reimbursement and on-site amenities.

    Cons

    MSR's are constantly on the phones. It can be overwhelming. For being a military oriented company, they didn't offer military leave. But they might offer it now.

    It's a self proclaimed "people" company, which breeds bias. You have to stick up to get promoted.

    Hard to move up once you get settled in position for some time. Experience needed to move up, but not considered.
