I have been working at Uline full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

So many perks! Great pay, bonus programs, gym, weight watchers, cafeteria, etc. Obviously your experience is going to vary from department to department, but I like my job and the people I work with.

    Cons

There are definitely a lot of rules, like dress code, what font you can use in memos, how many personal items you can have at your desk, etc. You will know pretty quickly whether you can live with them or not.

People tend to either quit their first three months or stay forever, with little in between. I'm used to companies where employees stay for a year or two, then move on. I don't see that here.

I have been working at Uline full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

When looking for a new job, I was very hesitant to apply to any position at Uline, as I had only ever heard negative things about the company. I eventually changed my mindset, thinking about how successful they are- they must be doing something right. Thankfully, I had a friend who worked there and I was able to ask her about all these "negative" things I had heard. She was able to discredit them or put them into context. With this new knowledge, I applied.
Since starting within the past year, I can see the investment Uline makes in their employees and I now know what a good company it is to work for. My only regret is that I didn’t apply sooner.

    Cons

Although a generous starting point, I do wish my past experience was taken into consideration when determining my PTO allowance.
