I worked at Unilever full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Agile working environment, career growth, personal development, team bonding, great culture, senior mentoring, charity work, ability to champion the UL business

    Cons

Stressful environment, be prepared for long hours sometimes or when working on deadlines, due to the size of the organisation, things take a bit longer to turn around.

I have been working at Unilever full-time

    Pros

The only advantage Unilever had was working from home and now with COVID- Majority of companies providing this so, not even a PRO anymore

    Cons

You are expected to work long hours. everyone is online at night, Favoritism is the best word to explain how people who dont do great work excels while some others stay behind, in the last 2 years- they have restructured people every quarter almost, when the LEADERSHIP TEAM SAID,THEY WILL PROTECT THEIR PEOPLE but that wasnt true, So many conflicting promises and words. you cant trust this leadership unfortunately.
