    Public Sector, Moderate Salary, There is nothing good about it. Satisfactory allowances.

    Cons

    -Huge work pressure. -World's worst HR Policies. -Minimal opportunities of growth for specialist segment. -Job role is not defined, everyone in the system will exploits you. - Upper management scapegoat lower management for their own failure. -No personal life, you have to work on Saturday, Sundays and Holidays. -You have to sell Insurance policies, Health insurance, all loans, credit cards, Accounts and all government schemes. - 3 years service bond of 2.5 lacs. - Don't even think of joining this bank as Marketing Officer.
