    The best part of the job is the travel benefits. Theres a lot destinations you're able to go to because of the star alliance program

    Working with smart & talented people. Improving org culture. Standby travel benefits on United and other airlines.

    Cons

    It's a large company where many departments tend to operate differently. This presents challenges that can sometimes stunt growth/new opportunities.

    Cons

    Very limited opportunity to grow. Recruiters /hiring managers rarely responds to applications/inquiries. I get better responses from outside recruiters than insiders.

    Always on the go, great travel benefits, exciting life style

    Cons

    As a junior flight attendant you dont get much say in your work schedule, you are pretty much at the whim of your airline. But if you dont have family or kids thats not to bad.
