I worked at United Drug full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Co workers is kind and helpful, the work isn't too hard.

    Cons

Staff are ignorant, they don't know have what's going on at main station from the whole warehouse. Constantly working behind time should be out, treated unfairly, hours and time are always different. Felt victimised by the managers in my time working there, as did so many others. Change your roles in warehouse on daily basis not by your skills but by what suits them, even if doesn't suit you!

    Advice to Management

Learn more what's going on with staff. Happy staff member will work better for use. But people in there right roles they work best at and stop switching all the time. Try work to get out on time. Be more friendly and helpful to average worker as there ones who do all the main work for the company. And deserve more respect.

I have been working at United Drug full-time

    Pros

    The work is simple enough.

    Cons

There is inequality in the way the night shift is treated compared to the day shift. Night shift is expected to do a lot more work.

I have been working at United Drug full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good place to get some experience in a pharmaceutical business. Very hard to get a permanent contract(takes forever). If you are good employee they will invest into you etc Licenses for VNA, Reach, PPT, Forklift trucks.

    Cons

The place is usually very busy. Most of the people they hire from agency can hardly speak English. Not great food in a canteen if you work on a evening shift you need to bring your own.

    Advice to Management

    None at this particular moment.
