    You can remain shore duty while in the Full Time Support community.

    healthcare benefits, opportunity to serve, educational benefits, positive environment if you want it to be.

    Being able to share military experiences with other reservists and bring some of it to the civilian world.

    The amount of extra "above and beyond" work that needs to be accomplished for a successful drill weekend.

    Pros

    Health Benefits are next to unbeatable. Paychecks are never late. Opportunity to travel.

    Cons

    The hours are god awful. Opportunity for advancement seems completely random at times. Senior management refuses to adapt with the times.
