    Pros

    Benefits were good, Perks were good as well. Was an easy job. Its good if you need a job - but to me wasnt satisfying.

    Cons

    They make weird lower level management choices? Decisions are made that end up making up morale plummet.

    Listen to your team and like actually listen.

    Decent pay Theme park benefits Not hard work

    Cons

    Horrible hours, start time could be as early as 5am. They do expect you to work overnight shifts no exceptions. You can try and give away or swap shifts.

    Have the trainers be on the same page so everyone learns the same thing
