    free time of working hours

    Cons

    Professors are having most of the resources, hard to develop as an early career-researcher. Young talents have fewer chances as a big person's relatives.

    - Consistent and fitting while at university

    - Limited interaction with course coordinators on current content
    - Limited Feedback and direction
    - Some peers (other tutors) aren't capable of speaking to large groups

    Pros

    Paid for prep hours & marking hours. Great if you are a student, integrates into your timetable or hours between your own classes.

    Cons

    Not a lot of integration, basically give you 1 training in your first semester and apart from that just hand over materials and tell you to tutor.
