I have been working at University of Sydney full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

High pay, no more than that.

    Cons

No support for remote campus! Early career research will be left to die here. I've been working here in Camden campus for more than 3 years, not for one day I feel that I belong to this Uni nor the Uni care about me.
