I worked at Urban Outfitters full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Some flexibility in work schedule, due to ease in swapping shifts.

    Cons

Ridiculous rules in maintaining the changing rooms. Salary was below minimum in my country with no add-ons like commission. There were also no pension payments, which is extremely unusual in the resident country. Didn't pay for overtime either. Very short lunch breaks, no additional smoking or 5min breaks

I have been working at Urban Outfitters part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Although some managers are very serious about being on time and diligent (which is a good thing), generally the environment is friendly and upbeat.

    Cons

As with any retail job, customers will be unnecessarily rude, especially given the crowd that UO attracts (spoiled kids with rich parents)

I worked at Urban Outfitters part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The discount was the only good thing.

    Cons

No room for improvement at the Brooklyn Store. The manager's communication is shabby. They sit on there behind and don't do anything.
