I worked at Urban Outfitters full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Discount if you can afford it still

    Cons

Management were awful, very rude and always with a bad attitude towards new starters. They insist you walk up and down 6 flights of stairs all day. Pay is also dreadful, especially working in central London. Generally the worst retail job I've ever worked, could not wait to get out. Store was generally very dirty including staff area and stock room.
