I worked at Urban Outfitters full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Team leader program was amazingly educational and made you as an employee feel directly involved in the company's profits. It is such a fun environment to work within if you love fashion and thinking outside the box. I highly recommend to anyone in college with an interest in fashion retail. At the team lead level I really felt my ideas and input were not only valued but encouraged.

    Cons

My manager took my team lead project (no credit to me) and ruined it; made me feel weird about including it on my application for an internship.
