I worked at Urban Outfitters part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You will meet some of the best people from your life working here. Maybe not with upper management but I find a lot of creative people work here part time sales associates as students.

    Cons

No growth really. I see some assistant managers put all of there time and effort in the job but I see them always get overlooked for promotions. It's not a big deal for temp workers but I would like to see the managers that are so nice to their employees get treated better by upper management.

I have been working at Urban Outfitters part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Definitely an easy first job, management is relaxed as well and genuinely care which is nice. 40% off clothes and 20% off everything else. Employee appreciation comes a couple times a year and you get even more of a discount.

    Cons

Do not expect a high paying job, there are not a lot of hours either
