I have been working at Urban Outfitters part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The company cares about its employees, you get great discounts, and you get a great amount of hours.

    Cons

Six hour shifts only give you two 10 minute breaks, no lunch break. Starting pay is low, even for myself who already had 4 years of retail management and sales experience upon being hired.

I worked at Urban Outfitters part-time for more than a year

    Pros

During weekdays in the morning it is slow.

    Cons

They do not consider your time as a student valuable. They overwork you and schedule you crazy hours. The upper management have a serious attitude problem and do not respect you. They also are not afraid to pressure you into taking shifts when you are overworked already. Also the management has some serious racial bias that needs to be examined.
