    Free to wear whatever you like as long as its trendy Very collaborative when it comes to floor merchandising understanding when needing to bring pets into store for vet emergencies.

    Cons

    can be clicky hardware is buggy depending on the building the store is in, it can be difficult to work in (HVAC breaking, mice everywhere).

    Great Benefits for full time employees. Guaranteed hours.

    Cons

    Not much forward momentum. A lot of waiting for people to quit to get promoted. Easy to get stuck.

    They talk about promoting from within, but then always seem to hire from the outside for management positions.
