    Pros

There’s great employee discounts and it’s a very healthy work environment.

    Cons

It is a greedy company who treats their employees as a number, everyone is severely underpaid for the amount of work required for them. There is little to no bonuses or incentives.

    Pros

When I worked here the atmosphere was very supportive. I was new to retail and very shy but the managers were always supportive and seemed interested in the teams development. Most of the team spent a few years working with this company and even in an entry level role the regional managers always assisted associates transferring to a new store if they wanted to move cities. When I started as a sales associate gowth opportunities were always communicated and encouraged. I was studying communications and I asked to assist with the social media and events in the store and the management team was more than accommodating. While working here for two years I received two promotions. It was a very fun team to work for, I gained a lot of experience that I was able to bring to more jobs after I graduated university. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

    Cons

After being promoted I had issues recieving my health benefits. For some reason even though I was registered for these benefits I had trouble accessing my benefits package and my manager was really nice about it and we had communications with head office to resolve the issue. I know this issue was unique to my experience I don't think it is a problem for anyone else but I really can't think of any negatives of working here. It truly is what you make of it and if you want to develop skills or your career they are more than happy to help.
