    Easy work, reasonable break time, overall friendly environment. Not too much expected of leadership aside from the typical delegation and stocking.

    Cons

    Folding and presentation standards can be annoying and nonsensical.

    bad management = bad experience can be delegated many task as a team lead when staff is low
