VOSS is in the middle of the fast-growing Cloud Communications market and has an amazing customer-base that includes the world's top Tier-1 Telcos. This means that there is really exciting work opportunities. VOSS has created a truly innovative product to help Telco's deliver and manage their cloud communications customers. This means your work is going to be at the cutting edge of automation in a fast growing market.

Cons

Company management have made some poor strategic decisions, which has allowed competition to get a foot-hold. Ironically, competition has been the best thing for the company.

Incredibly flexible in terms of work-hours and family and personal life. Great people to work with.

Low pay (very low raises and absolutely no bonuses), low company morale, lack of company energy and culture.
