All depends on what area manager you have rather the job is worth it or not.
Upper management has decided that all that matters is building more stores but not staffing any of them.
As an employee you are just a number never valued.
If you get hurt or go on sick pay you get fired.
    Never off
Staff always changing because working environment and low pay.
    No real opportunity for advancement

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with respect! Don’t promise things you can’t deliver. Stop promoting the wrong people to AM. That’s how you lose good managers. Get back to the way it use to be under Ashland. Good luck. love the product. Some of the people I respect the most work for y’all but things have changed for the worse.
