    Pros

great team and product. great training on how service are performed.

    Cons

the raise and pay was not they seem to all be about
you can work a lot better and bring in more services compared to other employees and your worth is what the pay equals out to. company needs to realize that people have bills and things to pay in order to survive instead they look out for the best interest in the company instead of their employees

    Advice to Management

actually listen to your employees and don't screw them over.

    Pros

Learning about vehicles and flexible shifts

    Cons

As along as your selling everything and numbers are up then ypur golden and all doors are open to you but the moment things go wrong and things as far as management goes they will cut loose ends and throw you out to the wolves no matter if it was your fault or not if your not brown nosing or in the "click" group then your dirt and less of the worth. They lie and the vision and values of that company are completely different than what they want you to believe their culture and their "way of life" is a joke

    Pros

Easy work, very important to stay sharp.

    Cons

There’s a policy that as long as there is a car in a bay the store is open. There for if there is a minute till close and a car pulls up for an oil change we must take em in and while that car is in the bay if there’s another car pulling in we must take them in as well.
