      Micromanagement at it's finest

      Pros

      The only advantage I could think of was my colleagues. They were really nice, and we spent a lot of time together, especially since the program could change randomly. Other than that, there was nothing.

      Cons

      Besides the fact that the schedule changed randomly from 11 to 8 to 9 to 5, the pressure for money was insane. The amount of micromanagement was unbearable, from listening to our calls to checking how many we made per hour. The ‘goal’ of calls felt more like a threat about what would happen if we didn’t reach it. Not to mention that most people only came to this position as apprentices, because no one could put up with that kind of environment on a full contract.
