Pros

Good ideea to use app for taxi booking, is easy to yse for driver and client.

Cons

Have a lot of bug. In last 6 years software department tried to fix some of them, but unsuccessfully.

Pros

Absolutely none, it’s an awful company

Cons

A company with absolutely no regard for people, from its employees to its passengers. Left half of its employees redundant in a cost of living crisis to outsource after taking on so many companies with all their employees telling them their jobs aren't at risk just for a year on to make them all redundant.

No pros at all. Worst company to work for.

Cons

Call centre has been outsourced to Pakistan and other middle Eastern countries to reduce costs. Staff are monitored constantly.
