Fruit basket on a weekly basis

Absolutely loved these 5 star reviews made up by the marketing team. You can easily find out the truth though if you filter for "lowest rating"- that this a terrible company. Toxic culture, favoritism, no real leadership with a flavor of discrimination. (just to mention a few) Terrible commission structure. Most of the good consultants left already, the only thing that is high there is the stuff turn over. Completely agree with one of the previous reviews: " If you take pride in your work and yourself - do not even consider this place".

Great people and environment to be in. Rewarded for good work. Always busy!

Cons

Long hours (any recruitment job), commute for me as I'm outside of London but there is an option to work from home

- Great 12 week academy done by James giving you the best opportunity to start your career in recruitment. - Fun working culture, everyone in the office is more than happy to answer any questions. - Regular meetings or 'catch ups' to help personal development and solve any challenges.

- Long working hours, but that is typical of the industry. - With rapid growth there are a lot of change and improvement which takes time to adapt to.

Seems like a lot of structure, you will come to find this is extremely false, very unfortunate being my first role as a Recruiter

Poor management Narcissistic environment which unfortunately encourages sexism and racism Bad comission structure also Personally would not recommend for a Recruiter looking to break the industry. I have moved to another Recruitment firm offering so much more for a trainee

The training at Venquis was the most important starting block when joining as i was not from recruitment. They not only spend a great deal of money on training which shows, but also they spend a great amount of time in training individuals to go from good to great. The Brand and Vision is fantastic. The company knows exactly who they want to be and exactly where it wants to be. This gives a hug platform for individuals to grown and reach personal goals, by supporting said growth and given the opportunity to use the platform to their advantage. The people at Venquis are all amazing and was sad to see them go. The floor is open with access to everyone of all seniority. The team leaders and directors really do want you to progress and give you all the support needed to get there and achieve anything you want, as long as you are willing to put the effort in. The socials are great, there is a huge team spirit and its a lot of fun. Put in the work and the rewards will come.

Cons

On busy times it can be long hours but this is expected and you get out what you put in.

Venquis has such a hunger to become the worlds number one business change and transformation recruiter and every employee shares this passion. Our hunger and passion is always rewarded with fantastic prizes and opportunities. There is a real family feel at Venquis and everybody cares about each other and their work. There is a great buzz in our really well situated office and it's always a pleasure coming to work.

I can honestly say I have nothing bad to say about Venquis, I enjoy everything about my job and we all share the same vision.

Can't say enough good things about the business. Great culture, awesome leadership team, cutting edge technology (incl everyone on laptops), supporting and challenging training academy, inspiring colleagues, fab rewards and most of all, a huge load of fun. Everything i wanted from my employer and then some...

Cons

Business is growing so fast that you need to be as equally ambitious and driven. No room for wall flowers here!
