    Pros

    We were never left struggling during Covid shutdowns. Always paid SOMETHING. Great leave program if you happen to experience symptoms. 401k, medical, dental, stock bonuses.

    Cons

    The pay has taken a significant cut since going to team-based commission. Lots of micromanaging to hit goals that are pretty unobtainable. Low staff makes busy days that are emotionally draining.
