    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Vestas Wind Systems full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good Benefits, Lots of overtime available.

    Cons

Comparably Low Wages. Corporate Culture is Overwhelming Safety culture is a facade to the point that nothing would get done if the polices where followed. They know it too. But if something happens they can say "you are fired because you didn't do it the Vestas way." Way too much pressure put on sight management. Perpetual employment shortage (see: Comparably low wages)

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Vestas Wind Systems full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

If you were grand fathered you had great vacation. Some advancement opportunities. Good job for high school students that just graduated. Healthcare benefits.

    Cons

They will hire anyone. As long as they can take fake pee to the UA. Which everyone does. Low starting wage. Workers are not educated on what the products they build and handle everyday can do to you and your reproductive system. They will make you Sterile. Management only promote people who get on their knees. Poor products are always shoved through the door. The old saying for repairs was “if you can’t trip on it then it’s not a repair”. Most of all filled with kids and druggies.
