I have been working at Virgin Australia Airlines part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Work life balance achieved through easy no fuss shift swapping. Very interesting and diverse jobs each day - Great travel perks. Fun to work at the airport - so many stories! Uniforms provided.

    Cons

Some very early morning shifts - but you get used to it... Not fantastic remuneration. Weekends once a month to yourself...

I worked at Virgin Australia Airlines part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Cons

Loading tonnes of weight into aircrafts on your knees. Bad for your back. Outside in the weather, can get very hot in summer. Only get off Tarmac when there is lightning. People will stab you in back to gain a higher position.
