    Pros

    Great team, second family, meet new people, pick up different skills. Meet people from all over the world and different walks of life. Builds customer service skills and patience. Shift work- early mornings/late nights/ but 3 days off. Outside the 9-5 hours. Great CEO Pail Scurrah.

    Cons

    Alot of cliques and favouritism by management with who gets specific roles or promotions. Ground Management team need a shake up. Too complacent in their positions

    Benefits cheap travel, team you work with, doesn’t feel like a job as it’s mostly fun, everyday is different

    Cons

    Culture, middle management, senior management have no actual qualifications. They started off on check in or as little crew, as such leadership styles are very questionable. Could do with a complete overhall
