    Disconnects between GM and Executive levels
    Squeezing employee numbers, but burning cash elsewhere.

    Talk to the employees that do the work, not always the management level view
    Talk to the employees about what works and doesn't work
    Run your own race, it's not always about qantas.

    Pros

    Meet so many good friends, nice hotels, good staff travel and the uniform is really nice.

    Cons

    Long hours and so many of the flights were red eye ones. I work for Qantas now and it's so much better.
