Pros

Supportive and understanding HR but only till you agree with whatever they say. Salary is transferred timely. Work-life Balance is good. Suitable workplace only if you are fresher because experienced professionals cannot survive in such a political and micromanaged culture.

Cons

Highly insecure management. Zero employee interaction. Highly micromanaged work environment. You are always monitored via cameras with audio recordings. The management always plays the blame game and stands the employees accountable for anything bad that happens especially when the management itself is responsible. No encouragement, appreciation, reward, or praise no matter what you do. No learning and training. Frequent terminations with not a single day's notice or warning. You can expect any day you will be called by HR at the day end for a termination meeting and then you will be jobless from the next day. No documentation of any commitment by HR other than the employment contract which is quite lengthy and the employee is responsible in every clause of it. No career growth opportunities. Not at all recommended workplace for experienced professionals.

Pros

Good for those who want to play with people's projects. They will allow you to play and destroy.

Cons

I am a fresh graduate and they force me to work on complex project and complete the tasks on time which is impossible for me as of now. I talked with the other junior people in the office. They told the same story. Late sittings or working from home after the 8 hours shift in office. They don't care. They don't care if they loss the project and on next project same junior will work. They save money by hiring fresh people for the complex projects and this is going on over the years. This is the business model, as per my understanding! They said in house lunch but I have to pay some amount. No increments till you work with toxic people for a year. No work life balance. They randomly ask you to work on Saturday. 2 months notice period which is not practical if you get hired in other company. They don't wait for 2 months.

Pros

Monthly birthday celebration ( just a 15 min party ) annual trip ( always on weekend and max two day long ) company provided lunch ( quality is of a cheap hostel, even not platable )

Cons

Toxic Environment: No support on newly assigned project, raw pressure is used to produce results. Which is usually very ineffective and results in loss of projects and you will be blamed for that in the long run. Those asking for an increment after a full year of working here, face retribution in the form of excessive work load and toxicity. Pay increments are not timely without any exception. Lower pay than market to begin with. There were no increments for anyone to cover for hyper inflation. Only the apex level employees (4-5/70 received increments). Policy is to overhire and then overfire, get rid of the old ones and hire trainees to fill those positions just to save meager amount of money. no work / life balance employees are not valued, favoritism is like cancer here. Managers are toxic and really demean you loudly in a small congested space full of 70-80 people on very minor issues.
