      Pros

      I can't think of any pros at all. There isn't even parking available.

      Cons

      I wish I could give zero stars. NO work-life balance at all. No respect for personal time or boundaries. President feels like he owns his staff, and they are his servants. He has absolutely no respect for employees and treats them with contempt. Absolute chaos. You'll be treated like dirt and abused by management. Fear based management style. The most abusive President I've ever seen with no leadership experience and no clue how to lead or inspire people. He regularly loses control and freaks out. He's laughed at by everyone whenever he leaves a room and has no clue that no one respects him. Extreme micromanagement. I could go on and on... If you take a job here, you've been warned ... it's abusive and awful in every way.

      There were some really great team members, for certain positions like mine the pay was above average

      Cons

      Toxic culture owner rules with fear and intimidation thus the quality of the product suffers greatly and will not relinquish autonomy for senior management to affect change.

      There is no pros to share for whatsoever in this place.

      Cons

      Family business with nepotism and friends who get senior management positions and run the circus. Very chaotic place with no structure, no work ethics, and no professionalism. Gossip is the daily business for all managers and staff who gather to share stories about their own people. Pathetic and poisonous environment. No culture, no values and no one follows Canadian Business Law at all.
