If I could give 0 stars I would - this company is despicable, if you're thinking of working for them RUN FOR THE HILLS! When I worked under this agency every week I was on the phone chasing up hours that they 'hadn't accounted for', which meant constant back payments and some weeks really not much pay even though I worked over 40 hours. However what made me write this review as a warning to others is that when I left this company in September 2024 I immediately started working for another company, however WB Employment obviously can't do their paperwork as they never gave me a P45 which has meant since September 2024 until now (May 2025) I have been being taxed for working 2 jobs when I have not been in 2 places of employment. This has meant I have been being taxed between £300-£400 a month EXTRA for 8 MONTHS which leaves me severely out of pocket through no fault of my own. You would think WB employment would apologise for this and fix their clerical error, however after months of calling the office and being told 'the person you need to speak to isn't here' or told to call back or told that they were sorting it and I would receive my P45 in the post (which didn't happen) or just being pushed from one incompetent person to the next, they finally completed my P45, 8 months late and with THE COMPLETE WRONG DATE on it. The date was meant to be 7th September 2024 but instead was 7th April 2025. When I told them it was still wrong and needed changing they told me they can't change the date as 'thats the date I left the agency', they then told me there is nothing else they can do at all and that that is now my leaving date. Not only did they lie to me (as the government website clearly states that the leaving date can be changed if it has been inputted incorrectly) but what they have done is illegal and they are lying through their teeth to try to save face - which leaves me no other choice to take this further which I have already started doing.
